Executive Management Team
Managing Director
Since 2005, Greg Harvey has been the Managing Director and CEO of the Interflour Group. From 22 years of hands on management experience in international agribusiness, he has a deep knowledge of the global strategies and trends that are determining the future of the food industry.
Throughout his career Greg has lived in Cairo, Hong Kong and Singapore, and conducted business in most of the world’s emerging markets. With that, he has keen insights into the management challenges that investors must contend with.
Outside the private sector, Greg is the Chairperson of the Food Fortification Initiative (FFI). The FFI, based in Atlanta USA, is an alliance of private companies, international government and aid agencies, that seeks to alleviate birth defects and child malnutrition through the fortification of wheat flour, maize flour and rice with minerals and vitamins.
Greg is a graduate of the University of Western Australia, Monash University and INSEAD. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors – and a member of the Advisory Board of the Asia Business Centre for Curtin University.
Chairman
Luke has held investment and operational roles spanning both investment management in infrastructure and aviation over the past 31 years including roles with Qantas Airways, Virgin Blue, Macquarie Bank, Ontario Airports Investments and Changi Airport Group. He is currently an Operating Partner at Hermes GPE and serves a non-executive Director on a number of portfolio companies.
He joined Interflour Group as Independent Chair in December 2019 and is based in Singapore and holds an MBA from Deakin University in Melbourne Australia.

Tan Hang Huat was appointed as Director of the Interflour Group Board in December 2017. He is currently the Group Managing Director of KMP Private Ltd and the KMP Group of Companies and has held this appointment since 2004. He is also a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director of QAF Limited.
Hang Huat has been with KMP Private Ltd, a subsidiary of Salim Group, since 1990 and has held several positions across various operating units of the Group such as Commissioner, CEO, Executive Director and Non-Executive Director in diverse business activities ranging from livestock production, processing and distribution in the food industry as well as a range of other industries.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Newcastle in Australia.

Ong Khai Chyi was appointed as Director of the Interflour Group Board in September 2017. Khai Chyi is also a Director of Ettason Pty Ltd.
Khai Chyi is a qualified accountant with more than 10 years of audit experience in various accounting firms in Singapore and Malaysia. Prior to joining Trevose International where he currently holds the position of Corporate Finance Manager, Khai Chyi served as Corporate Controller at Interflour Group where he also managed the Business Development function in his tenure with the company.
Khai Chyi holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) from the Multimedia University, Malaysia, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom.
Director
David Willis was appointed as Director of the Interflour Group Board in May 2011.
David is a qualified accountant with more than 30 years’ experience in Asia, New Zealand, UK and USA, including more than 25 years working in the financial services sector with Australian and foreign banks. He holds several board positions with public and private companies across Australia and Asia. He also mentors several senior executives and is Chairman of a charity he founded to assist disadvantaged youth.
David holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

David Lock was appointed as a Director of the CBH Board in February 2019. He is currently Chair of the Audit and Risk Management Committee and a CBH Board appointed Director of Interflour Group Pte Ltd.
David is currently Chair of Sea Harvest Australia and Odeum Pty Ltd. He is Acting Chair of Water Corporation and is a director of the Marine Stewardship Council and a member of the Advisory Council for Curtin Business School. He was previously Chair of Australian Pork Limited and the West Australian Meat Industry Authority. He has extensive experience in agribusiness, gained through CEO roles at Craig Mostyn Group and Mareterram Limited from 2004 to 2017. David was named the 2012 National Australia Bank Agribusiness Leader of the Year.
David holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Dr Andrew Crane was appointed as Director of the Interflour Group Board in December 2007. He is a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
Dr Andrew Crane joined grain marketer, Grain Pool Pty Ltd, in 2001. He was appointed General Manager of Grain Pool (now CBH Group Marketing and Trading) when it merged with CBH Group in 2003. He was responsible for the operation of Grain Pool including accumulation, trading and marketing of barley, canola and lupins under a 'single desk' export licence and then the growth of the wheat business following the deregulation of Australia's grain export industry.
In 2008 he became the CBH Group’s General Manager, Strategy and Business Development and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in April 2009. With his tenure with the CBH Group, Andrew has led the reorganisation of the business to ensure that grower members benefit from the dramatic deregulation of their industry. Key initiatives include partnerships and acquisitions along the grain supply chain, their subsequent integration and improving the efficiency of the broader business. As the CEO, he has led a reconfirmation with members of a competitive co-operative business model, the creation of value return measures and delivery, and valuing employees through commitment to improving safety and engagement.
Prior to joining the CBH Group, Andrew spent 12 years in the European malting industry in various production, operational and marketing management positions. His last role was as Commercial Director of Pauls Malt Ltd responsible for raw material sourcing and global sales.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Studies, a PhD in Agriculture and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Andrew is also the Chairman of Business Council of Co-operatives and Mutuals, a member of the Curtin University Council and a member of Rabobank Australia and New Zealand Wholesale Food and Agriculture Advisory Board.
Managing Director
Avi Fintz has been the Managing Director and CEO of the Interflour Group since March 2018. Prior to assuming the role of Chief Executive, Avi Fintz served as Group Chief Strategy Officer for 5 years spearheading the Group’s strategic and business development functions.
Prior to joining Interflour Group, Avi was Head of Strategic Investments at Ronly and Executive Director of Special Situations Group at Goldman Sachs where he originated, negotiated and structured investments in excess of $2bn across a variety of capital structures within several industries including retail, real estate and commodities.
Since joining the Interflour Group, he has successfully led the consolidation of the Interflour Group of companies, joint venture partnership in the Philippines and acquisition of a flour milling company in Indonesia.
Group Chief Executive Officer

Group Chief Financial Officer
Anthony Liaw joined the Interflour Group in August 2015 where he was appointed as Group Tax and Treasury Director. He is responsible for the Group's tax, treasury and insurance functions.
Anthony has more than 20 years of experience in the grains and international tax industry. Prior to his appointment at Interflour, Anthony served at CBH Group based in Western Australia, managing the Group Tax function. He also held various tax and advisory roles during his tenure at Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Anthony holds a Bachelor in Business majoring in Business and end-user computing from the University of South Queensland. He is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA).
Group Operations Director
Elmar Nau joined the Interflour Group in October 2008 where he was initially overseeing milling projects across the Group as well as covering business development. In 2013, he was appointed as General Manager of Interflour's Prestasi Flour Mill in Malaysia before taking the position of Group Operations Director in 2017. He is currently responsible for operations and cost efficiencies across the Group.
Born into a flour milling family, Elmar has more than 20 years of hands-on experience in both technical operations and flour mill management.
Elmar is a Swiss Milling School graduate and has participated in various general management and leadership programmes from CeDEP, France and INSEAD, Singapore.
Group General Counsel & Chief Human Resource Officer
Mark Neo joined the Interflour Group as Group General Counsel in October 2013. He is responsible for the company secretarial and legal functions of the Interflour Group.
He has been admitted as a solicitor and barrister of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the Supreme Court of Western Australia, as well as an Attorney-at-Law of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands.
Prior to joining the Interflour Group, Mark worked as a corporate lawyer for Co-operative Bulk Handling Limited, an associate with Maples and Calder in the Cayman Islands and as a senior solicitor with Clayton Utz in Perth and Sydney.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Sydney. He is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Director
Alan is currently a Director of Adelaide Airport Ltd, a Director of Queensland Airports Ltd and a strategic advisor on international infrastructure investments to two of Australia’s largest investment groups.
He has extensive senior executive experience both nationally and internationally, with a strong background in infrastructure, including as former General Manager of Perth Airport and former General Manager of Sydney Airport, among other leadership roles.
He also has extensive experience as a Director on other boards, including as former Chairman of each of Western Power, Tourism WA, Western Carbon Pty Ltd and Australian Renewable Fuels.
Alan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Management), a Diploma in Corporate Finance and is a Graduate of the London Business School (Strategic Studies) and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
